Information for Parents

Children’s church AND The Nursery ARE currently available to church-goers.

The Children’s Ministry at GBF is passionate about training the next generation to know, love, and serve Jesus.  We offer classes for children of all ages from newborns to high school students.  So, no matter the age of your child, he or she has the opportunity to receive focused biblical instruction and application while enjoying fellowship, fun, and gifted teachers.

We have the nursery available for ages six months to three years, and age-specific children’s church for four years through third grade during the sermon.

All children are taught a lesson from the Scripture about God, Christ, the gospel, and how to live for Him.  They are also directed in age-appropriate music, missions, teaching, games, crafts, and fellowship.

For our middle school and high school age youth, we offer Bible classes during the Connections hour that are both interactive and instructive from God’s Word. *Please note that this group is temporarily suspended until the Lord raises up a new youth leader.

Additional information can be located on our Ministries page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the music like?

Our time together begins with corporate musical worship in a blended style, featuring a combination of hymns, contemporary songs, and various accompanying instruments. We choose songs that accurately portray the grace and goodness of our great God and allow God’s people to praise Him fully.

What does the pastor talk about?

We follow our time of corporate worship in music and welcome with about 40-45 minutes of expository preaching, which means that we teach through books of the Bible chapter by chapter, verse by verse. We are convinced that the word of God is alive and active (Hebrews 4:12) and our preaching should reflect that. We hope you’ll find our messages to be thoughtful, penetrating, insightful, applicable, and convicting because that is what God’s word seeks to accomplish in our lives.

Past sermons are available on our Sermons page.

how should I dress?

You’ll find the style of dress at Grace Bible Fellowship to range from jeans, t-shirts, and sandals to collared shirts and even an occasional tie.

What about my children?

We offer age-based classes throughout the morning service. During the Connections hour, we offer the nursery and children's classes through high school. During the sermon, we offer nursery through third grade classes. Families are also welcome to worship together in the main service.
